Immersing yourself in the language you hope to learn is definitely a helpful strategy.

When attempting to learn Spanish, podcasts, books and classes can take you only so far. The rest is up to you. It is important to study consistently. You should devote a certain amount of time each day for your foreign language studies. Students learn best when skills and studies are reinforced and practiced day after day until they become second nature.
